BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Buffalo man is in fair condition at ECMC after he was shot on Tuesday night in the city's West Side.
Buffalo Police said the 25-year-old man was shot after 11:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Hampshire Street.
