Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The attorney for injured Buffalo protester Martin Gugino has released an update on his condition Wednesday morning.

Kelly Zarcone, in a statement, says; "I wanted to update you and let you know that Martin will be moved today to a rehabilitation floor of the hospital! His condition continues to improve and we hope he will be released within the next 2 weeks."
