HAMBURG, N.Y. (WBEN) - Governor Cuomo visited Western New York on Sunday while winds plagued the area.
New York issued a driver's alert and the governor stressed that people should take normal precautions.
"With those gusts we expect to see periodic issues," Cuomo said.
