Niagara Falls, NY (WBEN) A doctor treating a patient during an appointment is charged with criminal sexual act.
Niagara Falls Police say Dr. Robert Bull, Jr. of Lewiston, engaged in oral sexual conduct with a patient during a medical appointment at the after-hours medical clinic through the Golisano Center for Community Health Wednesday.
Police say if there is anyone that has any information pertaining to this situation they should feel free to call the Detective Bureau at 716-286-4553.
"When a patient seeks treatment from a medical doctor, they should do so with the full confidence and trust that they will not be subjected to sexual conduct," says Niagara County District Attorney Caroline Wojtaszek. She says the administration of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center immediately and fully cooperated with the investigation
Bull was arraigned before Judge James Faso in Niagara Falls City Court on March 29, 2019, where bail was set at $5,000 cash / $10,000 bond. The case is scheduled for an Attorney Appearance in Niagara Falls City court on April 12th.
