Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz says the county's golf courses will be open on Friday. Elma Meadows and Grover Cleveland will open up to golfers that day, weather permitting.

He says there will be no access to bathrooms or locker rooms, but portable toilets will be available.. No carts will be available, but you can use personal pull carts.
You'll have to make a reservation online. No cash will be accepted, only debit and credit cards.
Tee times will be separated by 14 minutes.
