Buffalo, NY (WBEN) State Police teamed up with Buffalo and Cheektowaga Police to execute search warrants Thursday. Police say they seized drugs and weapons at a home in Cheektowaga and a home in Buffalo.
Police say they seized from a home on Gierlach St in Cheektowaga 145.3 grams of Methamphetamine, 24.4 grams of cocaine, 24.8 grams of crack cocaine. They arrested: Angela R. Vanway (44) – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Joshua T. Pike (41) – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and. Erik K. Williams (41) – Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.
On E Delevan Ave in Buffalo police seized: 277.8 grams of Methamphetamine, 52.4 grams of cocaine, 84.9 grams of psylocibin mushrooms, 8 firearms (7 assault weapons, 1 ghost gun pistol), 20 high-capacity magazines, 1 firearm suppressor, 1auto sear, body armor, assorted ammunition. Arrested were Paul F. Harrison (39) – 8 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, 20 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Failure to Safely Store Firearms in the First Degree and Erik K. Williams (41) – Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.
All defendants were held pending arraignment in the corresponding courts.
