Fredonia, NY (WBEN) The Chautauqua County District Attorney says a Fredonia Police officer's shooting of a knife wielding man was justified.
Patrick Swanson says Nathaniel Scriven responded to a possible seizure call back in December. "What he learned very quickly was as soon as George Penev emerged from the bathroom door was he was dealing with someone armed with a knife, raised and began chasing the officer," says Swanson.
