BUFFALO (WBEN) - On Monday morning, Erie County DA John Flynn announced that 46-year-old Allen Kazmierczak of Buffalo has been arraigned in city court on second degree murder.
"That case is being brought back on August 8 for a felony hearing, but obviously we have a tragic situation there of an alleged domestic violence situation where a husband allegedly shot his wife," said Flynn.
The defendant is accused of fatally shooting his wife Melissa Kazmierczak inside their home on Stanton Street in the City of Buffalo over the weekend.
Kazmierczak has been remanded without bail, and if convicted, he faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
