Grand Island, NY (WBEN) After coming close to defeating Congressman Chris Collins in November, Nate McMurray says he won't seek re-election as Grand Island Supervisor.
He sent out a release Monday saying the three years in politics have changed his life, but "there are some bad people out there, and some things I want to fight for that make it impossible" for him to commit to the town for four more years.
McMurray says he's seeking paths beyond serving his hometown.
