Buffalo, NY (WBEN) You may have noticed a bit of a facelift for Seneca One Tower downtown. Crews are giving the building some color. Terra cotta and gunmetal gray to be exact.

There are a few challenges for the crew and E&M Star Painting, tasked with the paint job. "It's the tallest, so height is a factor, wind is a factor, so it's not a real easy project," says Tim McCluskey. "Some days we just can't work because of the wind and obviously when the rain comes it's not a good situation. We're really still adjusting."

McCluskey says he'll know by the end of this week how much paint he'll go through, but a rough estimate is 15,000 gallons.

When will this project be done? "That's the million dollar question. By the end of this week, we'll have a better idea," notes McCluskey.

He says crews have equipment like scaffolds that have been available on site from the beginning.
