BUFFALO (WBEN - Brendan Keany) - It was a packed schedule at Monday's Buffalo Planning Board meeting, as several large-scale development projects presented in the board's last session of the summer."It has definitely been busy," said James Morrell, the chairman of the Buffalo Planning Board. "Everyone is experiencing a resurgence of the City of Buffalo - not just in Downtown Buffalo, the East Side, West Side and along Canalside - so, there's a lot of stuff that's going on, and individuals have things that they need to say and their input on making sure that this resurgence continues."
