Snow and slick roads on Wednesday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - The southern tier remains under a winter weather advisory until 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Anywhere from two to four inches of snow is expected and wind gusts as high as 35 miles per hour.
