Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A jury has convicted a town of Tonawanda man guilty of killing his girlfriend.
51-year-old Mario Turner, Sr. was found guilty of second degree murder in connection with the April 30th shooting death of 49-year-old Renee Taschetta at their home on Dumas Place in the Town of Tonawanda.
Turner faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced by Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. He remains held without bail.
