BUFFALO (WBEN) - Buffalo police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred just before 10:30pm Tuesday night in the 700 block of Best Street.
Detectives say two males were struck by gunfire - a 23 year male who was declared deceased at the scene, and a 22 year old listed in stable condition at ECMC.
Police believe the incident was targeted, and they're asking anyone with information to call the confidential TIPCALL Line at 847-2255
