Hamburg, NY (WBEN) With a number of shopping centers in Hamburg having more for sale signs than sales. Supervisor Jim Shaw decided it's time to hold up on new centers unless tenants are signed up. His moratorium on those shopping centers is scheduled for a vote tonight before the Hamburg Town Board.
