Uniland Development Co. has reportedly paid out $2 million for a parking lot within the Buffalo Medical Campus. Business First reports its at 895 Washington Street near Carlton. That's in the same area as a March purchase of the former Lifetime Health building at 899 Main Street. That transaction cost $4.335 million.
Merchants Insurance Group will be installing a new vertical sign on the Main Street side of its building at 250 Main Street in Buffalo. Placement of the new sign is expected to occur in early 2020, pending engineering and structural approval.
Western New York based company Prosurix Inc. is teaming up with Michigan-based Three Chord Bourbon on a new marketing concept. It involves Near Field Chip technology developed by Prosurix. It allows the company to interact directly with the consumer after their purchase via an NFC mobile App.
Asian shares are mostly higher on optimism about a U.S.-China trade deal as regional markets open the new year's first day of trading today. The Tokyo exchange remained closed for the New Year's holiday.
