Noco Energy Co. is selling all 37 of its gas stations and convenience stores to Marathon Petroleum Corp.  Business First reports the deal is expected to close by late spring, but no financial terms were made public.

Sonwil Distribution has announced plans to expand its corporate headquarters into a 40,000 sq. ft. facility in West Seneca.  The company will consolidate onto a single campus across five acres at 2732 Transit Road.


Siblings Daniel, Erin and Ryan Vecchies have opened a second Flip Burger store at 704 Maple Road - near North Forest - in Amherst.  The original location is in Niagara Falls.

HR Dils and Service located at 5107 Southwestern Boulevard in Hamburg is holding a ribbon cutting this morning at 11am.  It's to signify one year in business.  

JAM - Buffalo's newest coffee shop - recently opened at Parkside and Russell.  It's open daily from 7am to 7pm.

The newest Crosby's location has opened in the former Scapelliti's Super Store at 7084 Chestnut Ridge Road in Lockport.

Lumsden & McCormick, LLP has promoted Elizabeth S. Krause, CPA and Kelsey P. Kuppinger, CPA to the position of Manager.

David P. Bauer will replace Ronald J. Tanski as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Fuel Gas Company.  That move is effective July 1st.
