Today is the deadline day for area restaurateurs and operators interested in operating within the Northland Workforce Training Center to submit a proposal to the Buffalo Urban Development Corp. As Business First notes, criteria includes past or current restaurant operation experience and the ability to offer catering services besides general food operations. So far, two unnamed bidders have submitted proposals.
New law firm Cellino & Cellino LLP is forming - doing business from the Olympic Towers as of June 1st. According to Business First, Anna Marie Cellino, wife of Ross Cellino Jr., will serve as the firm's managing partner. She will be joined by daughters Annmarie and Jeanna. Ross Cellino and former partner Steve Barnes have been embroiled in a lawsuit since May 2017. Ross Cellino will have no role in this new firm.
