Blasdell, NY (WBEN) If you're looking for a job, a popular grocery chain is hiring. On the spot interviews will happen today.
"We are looking to fill permanent part-time jobs across our WNY stores," says Michele Mehaffy of Wegmans. "Some of stores are looking for people who are interesting in looking for Wegmans with flexibility a part-time position can hold."
Mehaffy encourages people to apply online, that way when they go to the hiring event at Wegmans on McKinley Parkway, they can get an interview on the spot. Mehaffy adds walk-ins are also welcome.
Mehaffy says Wegmans has a reputation for being an excellent employer, offering flexible scheduling and benefits, and part-time employees are also eligible for scholarships.
The hiring event takes place at the Wegmans on McKinley today from 4-7pm.
