BUFFALO (WBEN) - Prior to the orange zone designation for much of Erie County, Buffalo Schools had staff report in-person at least twice a week to provide remote instruction, but now teachers are no longer required to do so.
"What we're requiring is that no more than 25% of our building or office staff be scheduled for on-site attendance at any one time," said Buffalo School Board Member Larry Scott in an interview with WBEN Thursday morning.
"I just think for the foreseeable future, we need to start protecting employees and start bringing them home," said Superintendent Dr. Kriner Cash at Wednesday's school board meeting.
