USA Niagara Development Corp. has retained Marvel Architects PPLC of Manhattan as consultants for the second phase of work on the vacant Rainbow Centre mall in Niagara Falls. Business First reports the plan is to bring retail, restaurants and tourist attractions to the unused portion of the mall. 100,000 square feet of the building is currently used by NCCC's culinary arts program as a restaurant and student training center.
Niagara University will break ground next month on an $11.5 million upgrade to the Kiernan Recreation Center. Renovation work will include a new weight room, sports medicine suite, advanced dance studios, field and classroom storage, athletic locker rooms, team meeting space, and recreation offices. The project is expected to be completed for the fall 2022 semester.
During a special ZOOM meeting today, Bison Automotive and Detail, at 1370 Kenmore Avenue in Buffalo will be receiving the AAA's National Gold Award for Small Repair Shops. Over the years, Bison Automotive and Detail has won multiple AAA Top Shop Awards.
