A new brewery is set to open this Fall in Tonawanda. Beer Kind Brewing will be moving into the property at 2765 Kenmore Avenue. According to Buffalo Business First, the brewery seeks to offer a family-friendly experience, while also having a self-pour tap wall.
Transit Hill Plaza in Depew has been sold to a Williamsville company for $2 million. The plaza is home to Transit Hill Pharmacy as well as Oasis Smoke Shop. The new owner plans on renovating the outside of the building. The Transit Hill purchase is part of an active month for Depew in plaza sales, joining D&L Plaza which sold last week.
Two new housing developments have been proposed on Grand Island. The new developments would add multiple single family homes, townhouses and apartment units in the area around River Oaks Golf Club.
