ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WBEN).....One of the region's largest credit unions has found a new home for its Orchard Park branch.
Financial Trust Federal Credit Union paid $2.5 million to buy the former Empire One Federal Credit Union building at 3020 Orchard Park Road.
Empire relocated to 2345 William Street two years ago.
The 9,865-square-foot Orchard Park Road building was constructed in 2017.
Financial Trust has 13,650 members and assets approaching $190.7 million.
Founded in 1950, Financial Trust has seven branches spread around the Buffalo Niagara region.
Empire has nearly 5,000 members and assets of $77.3 million.
