The local average for gas is still going down. The AAA reports that a gallon of unleaded in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metro region costs $3.69. That's down three cents from last week's price.

The Medicare Advantage PPO plans for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York scored 5 out of a possible 5 stars for the third year in a row by CMS. The health plan's Medicare Advantage HMO plans scored a 4 out of a possible 5 stars.
