The Boulevard - formerly known as Burlington Plaza will see four stores open tomorrow. According to Business First, relocated T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods stores will be joined by newcomers Homesense and Sierra in the opening. It culminates a $7 million revamp of the site by Benderson Development Co. TJX Companies Inc. owns all four brands.
