The Hotel Henry may return sooner rather than later. Business First cites sources indicating developer Douglas Jemal is negotiating with the Curio Collection by Hilton to take over the 88-room Buffalo hotel that announced earlier this week it will close February 27th. Jemal continues to add local properties to his portfolio. He owns Seneca One Tower, Statler City, the Police apartment complex in Buffalo and the Boulevard Mall. He is wrapping up his acquisition of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo.
