According to data from the AAA, the average cost for a gallon of unleaded gas jumped five cents this past week, to $2.52 in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metro region.
Catholic Health has contracted to purchase 104 acres of land in Lockport as the site of the new Lockport Memorial Campus of Mount St. Mary's Hospital. The multiple parcels, located off South Transit Road between Shimer Road and Ruhlmann Road, are currently under environmental and zoning review. Access to the hospital campus will be off Shimer Road near Transit. Monetary terms were not made public.
