Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - NOCO has announced the launch of a new standby energy program. NOCO President James Dentinger says there's a growing demand for the service after multiple snow storms and outages throughout the region over the last two years. The new program will add around twelve new jobs.
HP Hood's proposed $120 million expansion to its Batavia facility will be in front of the Genesee County Economic Development Center Board of Directors at a meeting Thursday where the board will consider a final resolution for the project. If approved, the company would build a 32,500 sq. ft. building and add 48 new jobs.
The Terrace at Delaware Park will launch "Cocktails for a Cause" Thursday evening benefiting FeedMore WNY with a cocktail hour from 5 to 7. Portions of every Rise Up & Shine cocktail will be donated towards the construction of FeedMore's new Hamburg facility.
