Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Northalnd Workforce Training Center is bringing back their Food Truck Thursdays event tonight from 5-7 at 683 Northland Avenue in Buffalo. A rotation of restaurants, including The Cheesy Chick, Dirty Bird Chicken N' Waffles and more will be on site every Thursday until the end of the month.
Canada-based Norgen Biotek is expanding into Buffalo and Niagara Falls with a pair of investments. According to Buffalo Business First, the company will spend $5 million on building a new manufacturing facility in Niagara Falls and a research lab at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Norgen Biotek makes products used in the study of DNA, proteins and nucleic acids.
AAA of Western and Central New York has announced Marke Dickinson will succeed Anthony Spada as President & CEO next month. Dickinson has 13 years of experience as an executive at AAA branches in Delaware and Michigan. Spada will remain on board through the end of the year to help with the transition process.
