AAA Travel is partnering with KeeKee's Big Adventures. AAA's deal with the fictional feline is seen as a way to get children to take part in the vacation planning process and keep them occupied during a family vacation. KeeKee's books will soon be available at AAA Travel & Insurance Centers across the region.
According to Business First, Nick Giammusso, who owns the building at 505 Main Street that is home to Minuteman Printing and Hatchets & Hops, wants to rebuild the second and third floors of that building. Those floors were damaged when the Century Theatre next door was taken down in 1980. Giammusso proposes to add eight market-rate apartments at a cost of $2 million.
Rosie's Handcrafted Ice Cream, with a shop at 431 East Main Street in East Aurora, is looking to set up shop in Buffalo. Business First reports wants to expand at 486-488 West Utica Street.
Simmers Crane Design & Service in the City of Tonawanda has been bought by Jacksonville, Florida-based Warren Equity Partners LLC. The purchase price was not publicly announced.
