Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Another downtown restaurant is closing as Misuta Chow's, a popular Japanese restaurant and arcade on Main Street in downtown Buffalo will shut down September 7th after a Bills home opener party. Misuta Chow's had been in financial peril for the last year and a half, filing for bankruptcy twice in 18 months. In a Facebook post, co-owners Johny Chow and Christi Allen said "Thank you for your laughs, your loyalty, and your love."
Roswell Park has been recognized by Forbes as a Top 10 employer in New York for the fourth straight year. They're the only healthcare group to make the top 10. It's also the 3rd time this year Roswell was named to a best employer list by Forbes, the other two being Best Employers for Women and America's Best Midsize Employers.
Genesis of Buffalo is donating $20,000 to the Greater Buffalo Youth Orchestra in celebration of its new dealership at 8143 Main Street in Williamsville. The dealership's grand opening celebration will include a special performance by the orchestra.
