Tonawanda, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 10-year-old female remains in critical condition after an electric bicycle crash in the City of Tonawanda on Monday.
According to police, around 7:30 p.m. ET, a white Infiniti SUV, driven by a 69-year-old man, was traveling northbound on Main Street when it collided with an electric bicycle traveling eastbound across the Main Street and Fletcher Street intersection.
The female operating the electric bicycle sustained serious physical injuries and was transported to Oishei Children's Hospital where she remains in critical condition.
The crash is currently under investigation. At this time, no charges have been filed.
