Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 15-year-old boy from Buffalo was arrested Tuesday night after he allegedly fired a shot at his father, according to Buffalo Police.
Officers arrived to Kensington and Thatcher shortly after 8:30 p.m. ET, where they were told the boy fired the gun while attempted to run away from his father.
The teen was tracked by police to a home on Crossman Avenue. Police made six total arrests at the house, including the 15-year-old and two other minors aged 16 and 17.
Malik Laporte and James Paige, both 18 of Buffalo, were also arrested. 20-year-old Timothy Clemons of Buffalo was also arrested and charged.
Police also seized four guns from the home.
The 15-year-old was charged with two felonies, including second degree criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
The five others have been charged with three identical felony counts of second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
