Lancaster, N.Y (WBEN) - A 7-year-old boy was killed in a single car crash on Broadway in Lancaster on Tuesday, according to Lancaster Police.
Police say the vehicle veered off the road around 2:50 p.m. and crashed into a tree near 5849 Broadway. Life-saving measures were attempted at the scene, and the child was taken to an undisclosed hospital where he passed away.
The 29-year-old driver is cooperating with police in their investigation, and no charges have been filed.
