(WBEN) Buffalo Police rushed to the 300 block of Franklin Street about 11 last night when they got reports of shots fired in the area.
It turns out 37-year old Luis Montalvo of Buffalo was arguing with his girlfriend when he fired shots into the air. Police later recovered the handgun.
Montalvo is charged with Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
In another shooting, Buffalo Police have arrested 23-year old Wesley Savage of Buffalo in connection with a shooting back on June 4th on Minnesota Avenue.
The victim was a 29-year old Buffalo man who was taken to ECMC in stable condition.
