Amherst, N.Y. (WBEN) - An arrest has been made following a bank robbery in Amherst earlier this week.
At around 3 p.m. on Monday, police responded to a bank on Transit Road for a reported robbery. Police say witnesses gave descriptions of the suspect, and police searched for the associated vehicle.
Buffalo police officers later located 37-year-old Tyrell Littlejohn and apprehended him. He later was arraigned on robbery and grand larceny charges.
The Buffalo Police Department also has charges against Littlejohn related to the incident.
