Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Buffalo Police make four arrests in connection with a shots fired call in the 800 block of Ohio Street on July 4.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on July 4, officers responded to the 800 block of Ohio Street where it was reported a group of people were at the top of grain elevators and a male was shooting down toward the ground. Buffalo Police SWAT responded and maintained a visual on a male with a gun via a drone and the Crisis Management Team responded to assist with the situation.
After approximately eight hours, all subjects atop the grain elevators came down. Detectives immediately began an investigation. At this point, four suspects have been charged for their role in the incident.
Lucas Patronik, 18, of Lackawanna; Zachary Chislett, 21, of Depew; Ryan Donovan, 21, of South Wales; and Luke Trimboli, 26, of Bradenton, FL have each been charged identically with one count NYS PL 140.10, Criminal Trespassing in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor. The case remains ongoing. More arrests and charges are expected.
