Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) It's become one of the largest charitable events in the region and it occurs as Buffalo celebrates the peak of summer on 716 Day, July 16.
The goal of "Give 716" is simple. Unite Bills and Sabres fans with the
Western New York community in an epic day of giving.
The fundraiser is a 28 hour blitz wrapped around 716 Day, where you can donate to your favorite charity.
Over 550 charities are participating.
The donation drive opens Tuesday evening, July 15 at 7:16 pm. It runs through 11:59 pm on Wednesday, July 16.
