Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Buffalo Police Department announced on Friday the findings of a search warrant conducted on Monday, July 4 on the 100 block of Dartmouth Ave.
Police recovered two ghosts guns as a result of the search warrant - a loaded .40 caliber handgun and a loaded M4/AR-15 style rifle - two muskets, and various amounts of ammunition.
The search was conducted jointly by the Buffalo Police Intelligence Unit and Buffalo Police Northeast District Officers.
The suspect, 32-year-old Joseph Merrill of Buffalo, has been charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
