Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating the suspect and vehicle from a fatal hit and run accident that occurred Wednesday on Fillmore Avenue.
Police are attempting the locate the 2007 black BMW in the photo and say the vehicle may have front-end damage, a missing headlight and be unregistered.
The accident occurred in front of 869 Fillmore Avenue and claimed the life of a 57 year old Buffalo man.
