(WBEN) A very active night in Buffalo Saturday night involving the police and fire departments.
At approximately 9:30pm, Buffalo Fire responded to a house fire
at 146 Philadelphia Street. Upon arrival, crews found the attic fully
engulfed in flames, which spread to the second story. Fire damage is
estimated at $175,000 to the building and $90,000 to the contents. Three
adults are being assisted by the Red Cross and the cause is under
investigation.
At 10:25pm last night, Buffalo Police responded to an address in the 100 block of
Eller Ave for a report of a person shot. Officers found a 21 year old male
from Buffalo who had been shot. The victim was transported by ambulance to
ECMC where he is listed in serious condition. Anyone with information is

Yesterday, Delta District officers responded to numerous calls of people
riding ATV's and dirt bikes illegally on Niagara Street. Officers were able
to stop numerous operators and impounded 7 vehicles and issued numerous
city ordinance violations.
