Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Buffalo police are investigating a serious accident involving a Canisius College student.
Police say it happened Wednesday afternoon at approximately 2pm at Jefferson Avenue and Blaine Avenue.
Buffalo police accident investigators say the 21 year old male college student was crossing Jefferson Avenue in the crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle.
The male pedestrian was transported by ambulance to ECMC to be treated for multiple serious injuries. Authorities say he's currently in the Critical Care Unit of the hospital listed in stable condition.
Police say the female driver is cooperating with authorities and no charges have been filed at this time.
