Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Erie County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 42-year-old Bradley O'Hara of Cheektowaga on Friday following an investigation into a bomb threat at the Rath Building on Wednesday morning.
Deputies say the Bomb Squad responded to a bomb threat at the Rath Building just before 10 a.m.. Sheriff's bomb technicians and explosives detection K9, Viva, searched the area with negative results.
Sheriff's detectives were able to identify a suspect and discovered that O'Hara was in Cheektowaga Police custody after being arrested for an unrelated incident.
Detectives charged O'Hara with a felony count of making a terroristic threat.
