Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A delivery driver is going to jail for a deadly hit-and-run near Highmark Stadium back in November.
33-year-old Khairullah Hasein of Buffalo was sentenced Thursday afternoon to 120 days in jail, plus five years probation after he pled guilty to hitting a pedestrian with his vehicle and driving away from the scene without reporting the incident to police.
65-year-old William J. Young of Rochester was taken by Orchard Park EMS ambulance to Erie County Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
