Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - In separate commercial real estate deals, an Elmwood Village apartment building and a busy Clarence retail site have landed new owners.
In the Elmwood Village deal, a 17-unit apartment building at 144 Claremont Avenue sold for $1.925 million with investors 144 Claremont Properties LLC acquiring the complex.
The apartment building, which was constructed in 1924, had been owned by Resonance Riverside Properties LLC.
And, in Clarence, a three-unit retail building at 4125 Transit Road and anchored by La Divina Dos and Cielito Lindo Taqueria restaurants sold for $1.35 million.
Mahika Holdings Corp. bought the 5,084-square-foot, 52-year-old building from prominent attorney Ralph Lorigo.
