(WBEN) In Niagara County, one person was killed in a head-on crash early Saturday afternoon on Swann Road in Lewiston.
The two cars ended up in a ditch.
The victim has not been identified. The other driver, 23-year-old Matthew Sanoian of Ransomville, was flown by Mercy Flight to ECMC in serious condition.
