CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. (WBEN) – Four men were rescued by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office on Saturday morning after their boat overturned on Chautauqua Lake in Bemus Point.
Police said the four men were in the water for about 30 minutes and had symptoms of hypothermia. All of them were sent to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital and are expected to recover fully.
The four men were identified as Daniel Auria, Jonathan BEllardo, Matthew Calimeri, and Howard Talbot. Only one of the four men wore a life jacket. Police said they were waterfowl hunting when the incident happened.
