Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A moving community vigil capped-off an emotional day Tuesday across the street from the Tops Market on Jefferson Avenue.
Dozens of mourners gathered to remember and mourn on the day President Biden came to the place where Saturday's horrific deadly attack took place in Buffalo.
