Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - One week following a racially-motivated mass shooting attack at a Buffalo Tops store on Jefferson Avenue, an agonizing moment of silence was held at the site, across the city and in all Tops locations.
Mourners gathered at the memorial site outside the Tops and political and community leaders participated in a formal ceremony on the steps of Buffalo city hall.
