Jaquan Terry shot 32 year old D'Anthony Barron while Barron was sitting in his vehicle on the 200 block of Roslyn Street Barron was able to drive a short distance before dying on East Delavan
Terry faces a maximum of 25 years in prison
He's being held without bail and will be sentenced in November
